Donald Trump is still convinced that his decision to not debate is a liberal conspiracy against him.
For all new readers: Welcome! I am currently on the mailing lists of Joe Biden and Donald Trump, though I have previously been on the mailing lists of 28 Democratic candidates! This blog breaks down recent emails with charts and excerpts. If you already know all of this, feel free to skip to the next chart!
It took some time for the Trump emails to kick in, so I started officially tracking his list on July 7. I have been tracking Biden’s for longer, but I will start comparing them as of July 7. All of these emails are going to a new email, and I have not donated, filled out surveys, signed petitions, or otherwise interacted with either candidate’s emails.
The rules I try to follow for the various categories are laid out in The Framework.
Donald Trump sent out 13 emails on Friday, while Joe Biden sent only 4.
While Biden returned to his fundraising pleas, for the most part, Trump focused on his EPIC town hall from the 15th, going so far as to ask me if I was going to watch the town hall that night… the morning after the town hall had ended.
In ever email he sent about the town hall, he insisted that the radical left debate commission (a non-partisan organization) deliberately silenced him, but his dedication to the TRUTH meant he was going to have his town hall to speak honestly to the American People.
Considering that that previous statement alone is a massive lie, I can’t say his town hall was very truthful.
Trump also pushed for me to become a Trump MVP, which is not, he assured me, something that goes to the biggest donors, but rather to the donors who show the most loyalty to Trump. In order to prove my deserving of this position (which I was hand-picked for), all I had to do was donate.
He also informed me that I neglected to help him reach his FEC deadline goal, and if I didn’t donate RIGHT NOW to get my 800-900% match (depending on how late I pushed it), he would be very disappointed in me.
Biden, on the other hand, was very excited about a Get Out the Vote (Virtually) online rally Stacey Abrams and the Soul Squad was hosting that I was invited to. He was grateful for all of my support in the previous fundraising period, and he was looking forward to Americans being better than what Trump is calling us to now.
And Trump? Well, he sent me an invitation to a campaign rally in which I could get a photo with him.
And yes, he invited me with this GIF in which he is double-fisting hand-jobs while wearing poorly-applied makeup that looks like a mask. Because that definitely makes me think that America is great and I won’t be molested or murdered if I attend a rally.
