If you give Donald Trump the chance to be a victim, he’ll ham it up.

For all new readers: Welcome! I am currently on the mailing lists of Joe Biden and Donald Trump, though I have previously been on the mailing lists of 28 Democratic candidates! This blog breaks down recent emails with charts and excerpts. If you already know all of this, feel free to skip to the next chart!
It took some time for the Trump emails to kick in, so I started officially tracking his list on July 7. I have been tracking Biden’s for longer, but I will start comparing them as of July 7. All of these emails are going to a new email, and I have not donated, filled out surveys, signed petitions, or otherwise interacted with either candidate’s emails.
The rules I try to follow for the various categories are laid out in The Framework.

Donald Trump sent 11 emails on Tuesday, while Joe Biden sent 5.

Biden sent out a newsletter in which he recapped the past few weeks, including Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death, his plan for Puerto Rico, remembering 9/11, and the town hall he did on CNN. In addition to asking for feedback in the newsletter, Biden also sent an email for National Voter Registration Day and encouraged me to check my registration.

Trump, meanwhile, got to pull out his favorite sort of fundraising tactic: the LEFT is being MEAN to me!
In one day, he sent 4 emails crying foul about the Democrats potentially impeaching him again to keep him from appointing a new Supreme Court justice.

I’m a bit confused how the President is not part of the Deep State, but there you go.
It’s worth noting that any impeachment the Democrats are talking about have to do with Trump’s mishandling of COVID-19 and the 200,000+ dead Americans.
It’s also worth noting that Trump was successfully impeached once already.
Regardless, nearly all of Trump’s emails from Tuesday involved the Supreme Court in some way, whether it was the four emails screaming about the insanity of the Democrats or the four emails screaming about his right to FILL THAT SEAT.
He did, however, take a couple emails to impress upon me the importance of becoming a Trump Text Member (it is CRITICAL that I get my news directly from his campaign), the UNPRECEDENTED offer for the first time ever of a personalized hand-signed photograph of Trump (never been offered before!), and the chance to have my name displayed on his livestream of the debate if I made a donation.
Other than those three emails, everything was about filling the Supreme Court seat or not getting impeached.
And this, remember, was National Voter Registration Day. Not a word about that from Trump’s emails.
