Wednesday was all about one thing: BEAT TRUMP.

For all new readers: Welcome! I am currently on the mailing lists of Joe Biden and Donald Trump, though I have previously been on the mailing lists of 28 Democratic candidates! This blog breaks down recent emails with charts and excerpts. If you already know all of this, feel free to skip to the next chart!
It took some time for the Trump emails to kick in, so I started officially tracking his list on July 7. I have been tracking Biden’s for longer, but I will start comparing them as of July 7. All of these emails are going to a new email, and I have not donated, filled out surveys, signed petitions, or otherwise interacted with either candidate’s emails.
The rules I try to follow for the various categories are laid out in The Framework.

As per usual, Joe Biden sent 3 emails a day to my donor and non-donor accounts.

Two of Biden’s emails were asking me to donate to his Beat Trump Fund, while the third email was asking me to contribute to his Beat Trump survey.
Trump did not start the problems in the country. Removing Trump will not end the problems in the country. Can we please focus on something other than Trump?

Apparently not. Even though the fight for racial justice is continuing, Biden is backing off. He’s even changed his email header. No longer does he mention the unrest.
A note: This is a difficult time for our country and we understand that it may be an especially difficult time for many of you personally. If you’d like to pause fundraising emails for the next two weeks, click here.
He does still use the same COVID-19 footer at the bottom. I guess that’s still significant enough to call out on its own.
