Joe Biden is just raking in the Democratic endorsements!

For all new readers: Welcome! I am currently on the mailing lists of Joe Biden and Donald Trump, though I have previously been on the mailing lists of 28 Democratic candidates! This blog breaks down recent emails with charts and excerpts. If you already know all of this, feel free to skip to the next chart!
It took some time for the Trump emails to kick in, so I started officially tracking his list on July 7. I have been tracking Biden’s for longer, but I will start comparing them as of July 7. All of these emails are going to a new email, and I have not donated, filled out surveys, signed petitions, or otherwise interacted with either candidate’s emails.
The rules I try to follow for the various categories are laid out in The Framework.

Joe Biden sent only 3 emails on Tuesday, even though he picked up another big name in the Democratic Party for his team.

Hillary Clinton endorsed Biden and talked about how she knew him well, as a friend, as a VP, and as a Senator. She’s confident he will make a great president.

Beyond Hillary’s endorsement, though, all of Biden’s emails were about giving him money. He even reminded me that he’s calling donors, and then his staff forwarded me that email again to point out that the more times I donate, the higher my chances of being called are.
It’s nice that he’s reaching out individually to supporters over the phone. I just wish there were a bit more personality in the digital communication.
